Each month, misophonia.com conducts a survey designed to answer basic questions about its visitor’s involvement with misophonia. This information helps identify what information to include on the site and is used to keep up with current trends in regard to misophonia in general.
How long have you been aware of having sound sensitivities? What age were you when you first noticed having sound sensitivities? Using your own personal assessment, on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the worst – what level of misophonia would you assign to yourself? Which group of trigger sounds affect you the most? Do your family and friends know you have misophonia? Do your co-workers or school teachers know you have misophonia? What are your usual reaction(s) to significant trigger sounds? Would you like to tell your story and have it published for informational or inspirational purposes? No personally identifiable information is gathered by the survey.
